Shipping and Returns Information:
Orders for products in the NASA Space Sounds Store and the Ken Keyes Living Love Store are usually filled and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order. If there is a delay or anticipated delay of more than 1 (one) week, you will be contacted.
Downloads may take 1-3 hours before the code is emailed to you.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
There is no refund on downloaded digital products. Please inform us if you
think the problem with a download was not your computer or internet
service. HappinessMall.com. will check with our servers to determine if a
successful download did or did not occur. Happinessmall.com. will made
the final determination concerning the problem.
First contact happinessmall.com.at admin@happinessmall.com with your request. You will receive a return authorization. Do not ship the product back till you receive the return authorization and shipping instructions.
To expedite the return process, give product information, order number and any other information, including your phone number and email address. You will be contacted by happinessmall.com. You will be given a return order number. Please write it on the original invoice (or a complete copy) and include it in the package you are returning.
The customer is responsible for proper packaging of the returned item and the package arriving at the happinessmall.com. return address. It is wise to use a service that will insure or provide a tracking system for your returned item(s).
Refund for the full selling price of any merchandise shipped when returned in new condition in the original product packaging. No refund for shipping costs incurred to or from the customer.
A refund on the returned merchandise will be made within 10 business days of happinessmall.com. receiving the mechandise in the new condition as stated above.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted before shipping is completed provided that the buyer informs happinessmall.com by email at admin@happinessmall.com before shipping is completed. To receive a refund, first contact happinessmall.com.at admin@happinessmall.com with your request to cancel the order.
There is no charge for canceled orders that are canceled before the merchandise is shipped. If the merchandise has been shipped before merchandise is canceled then the order will be handled by the Return Policy stated above.
